What documents do I need to rent a car?
You’ll need a valid driver’s license, a national ID or passport, and a debit/credit card for payment. Some vehicles may require an international driving permit.
Is there a minimum age requirement?
Yes. You must be at least 21 years old to rent most vehicles. Certain premium vehicles may require you to be 25 or older.
Can I rent a car without a credit card?
Yes, we accept debit cards with valid identification. However, a higher deposit may be required.
Do I need to refuel the car before returning?
Yes. Please return the car with the same fuel level as when you picked it up. Otherwise, a refueling fee may apply.
What if I return the car late?
A grace period of 1 hour is provided. After that, extra charges will apply based on the hourly or daily rate.
Do you offer insurance with rentals?
Yes. Basic insurance is included. You can also choose optional comprehensive coverage at the time of booking.
